Chapter IV
Gram flour and rava are roasted slowly until the kitchen smells nutty.
Murukku and thenkuzhal are pressed by hand straight into hot oil.
Sugar syrup is cooked to the right thread for jangiri, badhusha and pak.
Everything cools fully, then gets weighed, sealed and labelled for you.
